| good mac publication? I have a subscription to Macworld and it is about to expire. The magazine ok but do not know what else is out there. Can anyone point me to another? BTW, I am not a programmer so script pubs will do no good. |

| Re: good mac publication? Basically Mactech and MacAddict are the only other two I would look at. Mactech was a hardcore programming magazine but has got wimpy and new wave lately. Not bad but it went from a 10.0 to a 6.0 on the geekometer. MacAddict is good but lacks in depth stuff and has the new all graphics and flash format that is popular now. Not a bad magazine but not my style. DECLAIMER: I subscribe to none reading the web instead, though I have used Macs for a long time now (started on a SE and my first personal one was a IIsi)
