Adding RAM to iMac

How hard is it to add RAM to an iMac? The Apple store wants $100 for a 1GB upgrade(total of 2GB). That's a bit steep considering I can get the 4GB kit from Crucial.com for $104.

Simple. I picked one but they have them for each iMac. I found it handy when I added memory to my Mac Pro as it gave great detail.

Re: Adding RAM to iMac

Wow, piece of cake! Remove screw holding plate on the under side of the monitor, and pop the module in. Probably take less than 5 minutes!
