Apple - Safari - Introducing Safari 4 - See the web in a whole new way

Looks interesting. My primary browser is FireFox so I'm downloading this now to try it.

Interesting ... I wonder how hard it is to uninstall and put 3 back on...

There's an uninstaller included within the disk image, not sure what that will do to 3 though. I suppose you could always download 3 and install on top of 4 - if it will let you.

Hmm I think I like it. Some things feel slower but over all I am thinking much faster. I said no on the previews though and am unsure how to do them now

Hmm doesn't seem to go to the end article when in a forum... or at least McAdx.org.... might be a problem there....

I don't like the new tabs. The old version was much easier... The 'Top Sites' is definitely nice though!

I wonder how it stacks up to Safari 3.

Me too. The couch dyno says twice as fast on somethings with the web limiting stuff as normal

I still stand by this. Can't grab a tab to re-arrange the order, it takes the whole window with it.

And I now stand corrected. Actually you can grab the top right corner of a tab and drag to rearrange.

The final was released yesterday at WWDC. I'm glad to see them revert to the traditional tabs. I was starting to get used to the Chrome knockoffs, but the traditional ones are still much nicer.
