download location

Some help please. When I download something, a little window pops up and shows what I am downloading and what I have downloaded in the past. Where is this location in the file system? Is it in a temp directory?

Re: download location

What browser do you use? If it's Safari just open Preferences and it'll tell you the default download location on the General tab. Same goes for Firefox.

Re: download location

In Safari you can also control shift on it and get a pop-up menu that allows you to open the containing folder or the item.
