Not sure how I feel about that keyboard. I really like the current MacBook Pro keyboard. Haven't used an Air or a current generation MacBook but I do have the new external keyboard and it kinda sucks to type on.

Actually some of the rumors are an $800.00 entry level as well as new case disigns across the board, Nvidia chipset... Mac Rumors has the rundown on their finalized set of guesses.

Yep, been slacking on posting the updated info. The Nvidia move is definitely an interesting one and one that I'm glad they're making.

I'm still hoping they throw an upgraded Mini in the pot here. Something that can run dual monitors, can hold more than 4GB of RAM and more than 1 hard drive. You know, like an average mid-tower computer can.

One thing that is interesting is the Mini is light years over due for an update but the Pro is also due. Further the new LCD will ONLY work with the new laptops and does not come with an adapter.... makes me wonder if a stealth update is near.

I WANT A UPDATED MINI AND THE NEW LCD!

Get any mini and upgrade it.
I bought the 1.8(3)? with dl dvd and upped it to 2.4 and 4g ram.
I boot off a 320g firewire drive and it rocks. It's not up to my mbp but it is a pretty sweet little box!
