Macbook VMWare config?

So does anyone run this and what is your configuration? I really want a mini but apple does not seem able to update it to run 4GB ram or better video so I am almost over waiting (the 9th) When you run windoz do you do it internally or on a seperate drive? How much space do I need to have a fairly simple copy of XP on it?

Re: Macbook VMWare config?

VMWare by default sticks the virtual disk into your profile, under Documents I believe. If you do the wizard setup it sets the disk to be dynamic. It'll grow as it needs.

Re: Macbook VMWare config?

But how big is yours? I have it on my Mac Pro on a separate drive so I know that works but I was wondering how much space I would use up on a Mac Book

Re: Macbook VMWare config?

A base install should be around 4-8GB if I recall correctly.
