Re: Are you buying one?

I clicked I will wait a bit but that could be never. While an internet enabled cell is worth $500 to me (especially with the other features) I am 100% against the raping you get on 'data' plans. This is a scam since time on the line is time on the line thus should be the same as dialup or similar. A small premium would be acceptable but not the rate they want for miniscule data transfers. Oh and Apple should have put a harddrive in one model. 80GB iPhone with unlimited data plan

Re: Are you buying one?

Only way I'd get one is if they offered it to more carriers than AT&T/Cingular.

Re: Are you buying one?

My problem isn't the carrier, it's that the iPhone really doesn't do Exchange sync like my 8525 does now.

My employer doesn't allow for IMAP e-mail access, but HTTPS based RPC over SSL connection are great. I get native exchange access right on the phone.

Re: Are you buying one?

Yeah, the Exchange thing is hard to beat on a Smartphone. There's no sense in reinventing the wheel. My employer doesn't pay for my phone so I get what I want.
